Why should I upgrade my Woo.ie account?Upgrading your Woo.ie account allows you full access to all of our fantastic features including an advanced members search, the ability to interact privately with other members using Communicator, being able see who is currently online, full access to the Woo.ie message boards, access to the Woo.ie Chat Rooms & Calendar and much, much more.

How do I upgrade my Woo.ie account?To upgrade your account you must be registered and logged in. When you have done so, you can begin the upgrade process by clicking the "Upgrade Now" or "Extend Membership" button which you will find at left.
Simply select the period of time you wish to upgrade for, fill out the quick form and enjoy the benefits of full, unrestricted access to Woo.ie.
If you do not have a credit card, please see the question below for alternative methods of payment.
How do I pay for my Woo.ie subscription?At Woo.ie we offer you 3 simple methods of payment:
• You can use your credit card to pay for your Woo.ie subscription online through Paypal's secure server, (see above for instructions)
• You can pay for your Woo.ie subscription by personal cheque, or,
• You can use a postal order or bank draft to purchase your Woo.ie subscription.
All cheques should be made payable to Woo Online Ltd. and posted to Woo Online Ltd., Box 69, 58 Baggot Lane, Dublin 4.
IMPORTANT: When posting cheques/postal orders it is very important that you include your Woo.ie username as well as the real name and e-mail address you are registered with. We need this information to verify your identity and ensure we upgrade the correct account.
Also, please allow up to 5 working days for the upgrade to be completed when paying by cheque or postal order.
How much does membership of Woo.ie cost?Their are 4 options to select from when upgrading your account; you can choose to upgrade for:
1 month - €14.95,
3 months - €29.95 (Save 33%!),
6 months - €54.95 (Save 39%!),
1 year - €99.00 (Save 45%!).
Are payments made by me to Woo.ie secure?Yes; all payments made to Woo.ie are handled by
Paypal, one of the most trusted companies offering secure, online payment processing. For more information, please see the privacy policy, help files and other documentation on the Paypal website.
What will my payment show up as on my credit card statement?Payments made to Woo.ie will show up on your statement as WOO ONLINE.
Will I be refunded if I choose to cancel my Woo.ie membership?Unfortunately, we cannot and do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
How can I find out when my Woo.ie membership expires?At the bottom of your control panel, above the logout button you will see a countdown clock which will tell you how many days you have left on your membership.
