What are avatars?
An avatar is a small picture which appears above your name with every message you send and post you make to the Woo.ie Message Boards.
Avatars are a fantastic way of making a good impression on your fellow members as the avatar you select can reveal quite a bit about your personality; choose yours wisely!

How do I select/change my Woo.ie avatar?
To select an avatar, go to the Woo.ie avatar gallery by selecting "Change My Avatar" from your control panel and simply click on the avatar you wish to use.

To clear your current avatar, go to the Woo.ie avatar gallery by selecting "Change My Avatar" from your control panel and click the "Clear your current avatar" link underneath the introductory paragraph.

Can I upload my own avatar to use on Woo.ie?
We do not allow members to upload their own avatars. However, if you are a full member and have an image you would like to use as an avatar, you can send it to us and we will upload it for you. Where possible, images you supply must be 64 pixels square and in *.jpg, *gif or *.png format.

Can I reserve specific avatars for my use only?
If you are a full member, you can request that an avatar be reserved for your use only by contacting the webmaster. Any avatars you supply will by default be reserved for your use. Avatars reserved for you will be highlighted in the avatar gallery with a purple border.
